Sequence, driver, monitor

Item from sequence to sequencer to driver; monitor watches the bus.

A sequence item is a transaction. A sequence creates items. The sequencer hands them to the driver, which wiggles DUT pins. The monitor samples pins back into items for the scoreboard.

Wrong vs right

Wrong — driver peeks DUT internals instead of the interface; monitor is a second driver.

Right — driver only drives; monitor is passive; both sit on the same virtual interface.
